The following terms and services that you should know before we get started:ARTIST AND CLIENT CONTACTI have the right to choose which commissions I’ll be working on based on my professional preferences. If you don’t receive any response via email within the next few days after submitting your form, that means I have not accepted your order.> If I have chosen your request, I will contact you only via email to confirm the order. Please don’t send me direct messages or leave comments on any of my pages regarding commissions.
> If the client doesn’t respond to any communication attempt within 5 days, the commission will be cancelled.
> If there are any issues that would not allow you to respond in time, please let me know beforehand.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS> Payments are made through Paypal invoices in EUR. No other type of payment shall be allowed (Gift cards, Steam games, etc).
> Payment must be made on the same day that the draft is approved and no further changes are needed to be made. If there are issues with the payment, I can hold the commission and wait for up to 3 days.
> If the artist or client cancel the commission, I will refund the client depending on the amount of progress made on the commission based on how far along I am.Finished commissions are non-refundableCONTENTWILL DO

In order to work efficiently, commission tracking should go as follows:> The client fills out the commission form with the necessary information.
> When I’m ready to begin working on the commission, a confirmation email is sent to progress with the client's commission form.
> I'll start working on the first draft. During this stage, you may request changes. Once the sketch is approved and given the green light, I'll ask for payment.For safety, when the approval draft is displayed there will be a watermark. That watermark will be removed after payment.Important note: After approving the draft, no major changes will be made, only minor ones. If you want to do major changes you will have to pay an extra. Please keep that in mind!
